★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Guy Named as SHATROGAN at Fox Broadband office in Laxmisagar is very Unprofessional , since last month my Internet connection is Down due to some technical issues at there side but these guys doesn't responded , whenever i i call them they used to Just cut my call or they just Don't even bother to pick up & due to there Unprofessional behavior My 2 Brothers suffered a lot in attending there online classes , I would not suggest any one to go for it & the maximum reviews on Google are paid or Done by there staffs , family & friends please try anyone other then Fox Broadband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you trust these guys, you're just putting your money down the drain. Pathetic customer support, poor internet speed and the time these guys take to resolve an issue is insanely high.
Use the service ONLY if you like wasting money for no service at all. I have this broadband but I use my mobile data half of the month because these guys are way too busy to even respond to the calls.
Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience!! The franchise is with some Sundhansu and he will switch off his mobile to avoid calls as mostly they have issues with their services.
Such a worst management by entire team. You can never execute your WFH smoothly having Fox service. Shame on your services and behaviour.
