★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the activity area is amazing, the rooms are not great. Ground level rooms are decent but top floor rooms and washrooms need major renovation. Staff at Akshat is excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am posting this for Accommodation facility. 1 star is to draw attention of management towards the problems guests face in rooms. Suggestion is to appoint hospitality management people to take care of the property. Rooms badly need Pest control. I don't think these bedsheets are cleaned regularly. Blankets and curtains are dirty. Washrooms need immediate attention. Rooms and washrooms should be well prepared before alloted to guests. How can cigarette filters be there in washrooms? If 10 Cockroaches are roaming freely in the room during night, you can easily guess that illiterate people are running this property and they don't have any hospitality background. Don't these people know that Airconditioner machines should be properly serviced before summer? How can they allot a room with one side glass wall just covered with curtains and a notice : "Switch off lights before you change clothes !!!" Seriously? Last but not the least, The bathrooms are clearly visible through ventilators from the terrace of backside building. Jai ho !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a large party plot mainly for shadis, reception, sangeets and birthday parties. It has a huge stage which looks so amazing. The stage has beautiful decoration in white and golden color.
It also has another stage nearby the big stage. The second stage is under shade with sangeet like decoration.
Almost half part of the campus of the garden is covered in shade which makes it a great fit for rainy season functions.
The ambience is just amazing.
The rent is about 4 lac for a day.
It needs to be booked earlier.
