Stop talking margin charges of 2% on the selling price. Also they charge less while on purity. Give complete information of how much you charge for 24K, 22K, 916 KDM Etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place today and found the lady in charge ms.Suma to be very courteous,knowledgeable & efficient.
The whole process of transaction took about 45 minutes.
First they check the weight of the gold & then they scan the ornaments for purity & give their quote.
If you are satisfied with the price you can go ahead or you can walk out without any obligation. But you must bargain for the best price.
They charge 2% service charge/commission which I felt was a bit high.
Everything is transparent & done in your presence.
You have to carry your address proof & 1 photo.
They give spot cash or transfer the amount to your bank account which attracts GST.
Satisfied with the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very polite. The gold rates given are ok as on the same day the gold rates varied at different places by +/- 10%.
However, there also they had service charges and other deductions.
The overall service was good.
Giving 4 stars for 2 reasons.
One that the RTGS took a long time and I had to wait for it to reflect in my account.
Secondly, they calculated the price at 99.5% purity though I had given coins of 99.99% purity.
Only when I objected they informed that the price would be calculated at 99.99% purity.
If the above points are taken care of then 5 stars.

We waited here more than 3 hours and they said they will do rtgs and then after 2 hour that person was saying he will give us cash that is actually ridiculous.
