★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shoping place and an one stop shop for all your kitchen and dinning requirements. All the staffs are very helpful and well behaved. They are authorised delear of all the reputed kitchen brands. The best thingI liked about them is, I purchased a frying pan and they registered the product online immediately and my warranty started. This actually saved me from the post purchased hassle and enjoyed it thoroughly. Satisfied with the first time shopping experience and obviously the only choice for future purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give the service in store a 5/5 as staff are attentive. However, price of goods (2/5), range (3/5) and their return policies are far more unfriendly than if you buy from the companies directly. I'm sure lots of people swear by the shop but it isn't for me as I end up feeling disatisfied upon exit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection but too COSTLY instead buy brands like COCONUT, Neelam ,vinod, bergner, khatana , embassy, hazel, khatana amul online or bigbasket..bbhome steel products from bigbasket are good too.
It will be good if they reduce their sky touching prices.

When I called up they said they would exchange old mixie ,but when we visited there they said they will exchange only one mixie for one new product. Also the discount that they are giving even after exchange is very less than what is on Amazon or ny other e-commerce. We should have thrown old steel and mixie to scrap for cheap prices and should've ordered the items online. The bill is totally dupe , you will see 3 different sgst and cgst. And sales executive says price you can ask at billing and ask for good price. But the one at billing was very hesitant to reduce the price . We brought items worth 19000 , I checked all 5 items prices online everything was cheap by atleast 300 to 400 rs, despite of exchanging 4 old products .

Friendly and shows patience to customer queries.
All kind of steel, brass, high quality plastic containers, tiffin sets, kadai, cutleries, serving spoons, mixer grinder spares(Philips original), Prestige spares.
Very helpful attitude, knowledgeable staff.
The manager/owner at the counter himself knows everything technical. Happy to help any time.
Open on week-ends too.
