★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a video on YouTube about their shop but when I visited they didn't show what I needed and they show in video and mainly they have products which rejected in Flipkart and when we ask about products they don't tell price and they tell to ask in counter and another main thing they don't give bills which may be minus point. What's happens when you buy there they don't give bill which affect your warranty
And I think they don't give warranty too.

Owner is rude. Not at all interested in showing products. We are here to buy product worth thousands but the owner says she won’t show and explain any items. Expects us to buy anything we can find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited the shop to by TV and Sofa, Response was very poor and they least bother about customers. Even they are not ready to provide information about the products and they don't have time. Don't waste your time in visiting the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth a paise. All appliances have scratch, are about 20% cheaper than online prices, but not worth the risk. Sales staff are super lazy to show products. Kitchen items like cookers, pots and pans are so old. Non stick products are super thin, will become useless in a month. Not worth at all. Looks like china bazaar. Everything sold here is reject items of Flipkart. Please don't come and waste your time in this place. Pay little more and buy from Amazon or Flipkart sitting at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products doesn't seem to be in good quality.. customer experience is not good.. we need to keep waiting for someone to attend us and even if we ask the details they are busy doing their own work.. they were only 2 customers when I was there and 3 sales people were there.. Still they were so busy but couldn't provide the details I asked for.. just the price I asked and ghat lady asked me to ask another guy who was busy testing some speaker..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too crowded today (1pm) , but only one lady staff was there, we have asked Sewing machine price and she doesn't know the price and no one else comes to us. We had been there for 30min and nobody least bothered or enquired what am I looking for.. kindly improve your customer engagement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes. They have Flipkart Return items. It seems they buy a return item lot from Flipkart or their contractors. One can visit and choose the items available from them which means you can’t decide a product or model and expect them to keep it for sale. Have bought items from them and it is of good quality or you should know how to pick the best. Much better price than online sale and they did provide bill for high value items (Bought Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner) and was able to register on the product company portal for warranty.
Recommended Place. But please avoid weekends as it will heavily crowded. Weekday afternoons are best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my sincere comments abouts this store. I had visited this place after seeing videos on this channel. The owner or the person seen on this video is very adamant and does not speak to customers properly, he treats customers as if he is giving something for free. Staffs are good but they did not the pricing of the products and every time when you ask the owner for pricing he says different rates and was telling if you want to buy you can buy if not you can leave. I felt very embarrassed by this behaviors of the owner also there were couple of other people also who had the same comments about this store as well as about this person. We where looking for a TV and asked when the stock would come, he told you can call us but when we call them they ask to visit for no reason. One of the staff told us that they even have a WhatsApp group to get the update but this person denied for the same and behaved very rudely. The people who are writing good comments would only be his friends or relatives and no body from outside would write good about this store. His adamant behavior would come to an end when more number of such stores open in Bangalore and am sure it will happen soon. My request to this youtuber would be to promote only good and humble owners to people. This owner should be aware that when we want to buy some product we might ask a lot of questions about the product and its the right of a consumer and we are paying for it even though less and not begging to give it for free. Before walking into this place better be prepared to face the rude behavior or by seeing at this comment if he changes his attitude its good only for him as he might get good customer and an opportunity to grow. This place does even deserve 1 star
