★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop on 05-12-2020, no one was inside, one sales boy came from next shop, instead asking me what needed he made his up n down which is rude sign.
Then I asked him about one chimney which is labeled as life time warranty. He said 15 years warranty, how many years can be used, like that started talking rudely but label states life time.
Overall rude attitude for customer in the beginning itself. I walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a gas hob and a chimney from here recently. The overall experience was just about average. I was offered a discount of Rs 6000 on the MRP of Rs 33000 . When I received the hob, the MRP on the box was only Rs 31000. The salesman had misled me about the MRP and tried to coverup by saying that the new MRP was 33000. I was told the new price but given a hob from the old stock which MRP of 31000. Installation took a long time and was completed in 3 attempts. After promising free installation and delaying the installation, he had the audacity to ask extra for installation. He stretched a 3 feet flexible metal exhaust pipe to 10 feet and asked for extra payment. He thinks customers are fools.
