★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my wife Routine checkup for pregnancy with Dr Radhika.
i like to suggest not to consult with her. because we can't ask her any doubt if you ask she will become angry. and at time of 8th month routine checkup she suggest us to admit immediately need to go through Unplanned Cesarean. she said baby head not at position. but same scanning report i checked with other hospital . they said reports are normal. there is nothing like that.
after that we went to consult with other hospital. after 20 days by the grace of god she delivered baby girl by normal delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital has online facilities and deals ONLY CASH for outpatient with manual billing. To my surprise they not using any online facilities (card,net banking,Google pay,phonep, etc) wantly for doctor consultant fees.
I was force to give cash (₹350).
The health department and tax department need to intervene for such hosiptal to avoid cash that is greater than 100.
Receptionist is very rude in dealing with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience they did NOT gave receipt for the amount we paid. Behaved rudely for asking bill and told system is not working come after 5PM. Receptionist by name "REKHA" and her colleagues did not gave basic respect to us. Request anyone from higher management to take action on those people and for public PLEASE do not visit this Nursing Home at any cost.

Booked on line appointment thro Arogya Sethu app.
Need to carry your ID proof that you have furnished on line.
Fee of Rs 250.
Takes minimum time, they ask you to be seated post vaccination for 20 minutes to check for any reaction.
Good Service.
If any senior citizens or disabled - unable to walk into the centre, they oblige coming out to our car too.
Kudos. Deserves appreciation.
A popular nursing home at Jayanagar for all ailments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was admitted in shanthi nursing home for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
The hospital was very hygiene and the staffs are helpful.
The facilities provided in Shanti nursing home are just awesome, they really give what is promised, They treated my father well the best way of treatment. I found that staff was engaging with their patients and always taking care of them. My father was being served at every call I made to staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience! Please avoid this hospital. Had called up for appointment for Orthopedic at 11:30 am. Gave me appointment at 12 without proper communication. Was there at sharp 12. Had to wait till 1 pm and when asked the Rude lady receptionist said doctor came late what I should do and told your number is 4 if you want stay or leave!! Receptionist behave as if they are doctors! Not even one star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They said it is their hospital rule to get admitted in the hospital for atleast one day to claim insurance.
After insurance company approved the claim without Hospitalization they charged huge money for a simple procedure and discharged the patient.
