★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well behaved staff at the centre but kept my laptop for 15+ days. They also promised to call back twice but didn't. The 3 stars are purely for the kind behavior of the staff while explaining the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my Lenovo Laptop under warranty during Nov-December for emergancy issue. The Center was packed. When my chance came I was told it will take a week for drying my keyboard as there were shortage of engineers. I never gave the laptop.
Lenovo Laptop has a design flaw of frame of the Screen coming out of Hinge, so it came out today, today being a Saturday and only time most of the people are free this center was closed.
I ended up giving it to non-Lenovo but authorised service center
I am highly disappointed with this experience, and I do not recommend Lenovo (Due to design flaw) or its service if they are this in-efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with my laptop touchpad. I had went to the service center. There Mr. Rakesh helped me with it. He installed a driver that was in the lenovo support website(under motherboard SIO drivers) .Then the touchpad started working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resources in this center was very less. So it took more time for your turn to come.took almost an hour since I got the token. But the person (Mr. Thirumalai) who addressed my issue was very calm, explained and fixed the issue properly. 3 star for this service center and 4 star for Mr.Thirumalai.

They take in laptops under warranty and sell the parts.
Take in a laptop with 1/2 issues and further damage the laptop and say international warranty does not cover.
I had premier business support and still had to wait more than 4 weeks for a resolution. Each time a different representative handled and said something different.
It took them 2 weeks to diagnose and the laptop was opened up when I visited after 1.5 week
Prabhu one of the service damaged the laptop on purpose and later notifying that the laptop has multiple damages.
I KNOW THIS REVIEW IS NOT GOING TO MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE AS THEIR IS NO SENSE OF ACCOUNTABILITY HERE IN INDIA. SO ALL BUSINESSES DO AS THEY PLEASE.
ONE OF THE REPRESENTATIVE ALSO SAID NOT TO MAKE ANY FUSS AT THE CENTRE AND POST A REVIEW IF NEEDED. THEY ARE QUITE AWARE AS TO NOTHING IS GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THE WAY THEY OPERATE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issue of software crash and hard disk corrupt with my laptop and the issue needed to be resolved quickly as I had important office work. The service personnel (Deepika) responded well and within a day issue was resolved. Usually it takes 3-4 days but I got it back within 1 day. Great service by Lenovo service team and Thank you Deepika for quick turnaround?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is good Lenovo Showroom and I repaired my Lenovo Yoga Laptop here. Very professional staff available there to help you. This is my 100% genuine review. I like there service but only one thing I not like is Parts of laptop are very costly. They should reduce some price for Lenovo Tab and Lenovo Laptop repair accessories .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service centres I've ever visited!
I went here with my friend who had a legion and needed help with OS reboot!
Firstly, the immense lack of customer support in this service centre is just baffling!
Secondly, I don't know if the staff knowingly didn't mention the fact that the SSD of the laptop was damaged or if they actually took it out and replaced it with a damaged one.
Here's the thing, my friend went here the first time by herself and they said nothing about the SSD and just asked her to leave the laptop there for a full system reboot which took a whopping 13 days!
Later, When she came to me about this, her laptop was very slow, like really slow!
And trust me when I say this, Lenovo Legion is a beast of a laptop. So I checked and found it within seconds that the laptop was not detecting the SSD.
So, I went with her the second time there and still they didn't mention anything about the SSD untill I specifically told them about it!
So you guys can draw your own conclusions about this since I have no way of knowing whether they actually are frauds or whether they were not thorough enough with the checks to be made in the laptop.
But either way, that is definitely not how a "Service Centre" is supposed to run!
I strongly recommend to avoid this place if you have got a quality laptop for repair.
