★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not authorised service centre but claim to be. Charged 1250 rupees for chimney service but could not repair. When i tried follow-up they stopped answering my call. Beware of such fraud places.

1) They claim by saying they are authorised Faber service Center. Which is absolutely WRONG !!
2) They charge high amounts
3) They don’t give bills (we have to call them, remind them for bills)
4) They ask us what’s the amount paid, they have no clue how much the so called service expert is charged the customer
5) They change spares and do not put original Faber parts, rather some other parts from the local market
6) When we raised a complaint via Faber customer service, these guys called us the next day to sent a person, (don’t understand what connection they have with Faber). The authorised team who came came claims that these guys are not authorised ones.
Guys - please don’t be fooled when they call you, reminding you of the service.
The above given is my experience. Do make a known choice when you go with “Vigneshwar Enterprises”….
I am sure that I won’t get any calls based on this review. I hope atleast Faber legally goes ahead with these kind of un-authorised stores who claim to be the authorised Center’s.
