★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center, Service persons here are inexperienced, They provide 3rd class service, Even after paying whole amount it's the customer who needs to follow up every single day. They do not care about the customers. Shame on you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really bad guys. They didn't repair my gas stove and just said there is problem with the regulator and collected Rs 350 + 40 ( as I don't have the change ) and promised me to return Rs 40 by paytm ... but I haven't received it even after calling them .. they always have excuses..

The burner leaks gas after service. Have contacted technician and office several times requesting follow up. Despite assurances, the technician is yet to turn up and the office does not send a substitute. It's been 3 weeks since my complaint.
Very poor response and follow up service. Highly disappointing. Will not recommend using this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center totally cheating to public, especially KANNAN he came in my house for complaint rectifier and he told it's OK. But after 3 months he came complaint given to sunflame . My stove kept side for not working since. Now sunflame not suggesting everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless after sales service from Sunflame. Technician Kannan never came for service despite multiple calls. Sunflame customer support does nothing about it other than providing the service center contact number. Do not buy Sunflame products.

Despite calling before center was closed that too on a working day. 4 months of constant follow up still the issue of replacing a gas mixing pipe is not resolved. Instead of home service carried the stove to center. So don't waste your time. They don't even bother calling you back or updating you. Worst decision to buy Sunflame brand.
