★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankfull for OnePlus service center to get my phone fixed within approrpriate time. Great staff with good skills. In this pandemic situation , visiting the service center would be questionable. But the staff accepts the device ,solves the issue and calls you as soon as it is fixed. Great job ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to directly change the display for my 6T when visited. The personnel did not even want to check what the problem is. He mentioned we do not waste time and we get to know what the issue is when we see the phone. He asked to change the display for 8k whereas I got it fixed for only 600/- and the problem was something else when the phone was inspected !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, it deserves 0 star. Please don't get fooled like me by seeing the reviews. I think people would have misguided by seeing the oneplus service center. The shop name is mobile doctor, its not an authorized service center and there is no service team at all. Only one technician is present (not always) and one attender boy is present. Don't ever go this kind of shops, they will say that its original but later you will figure out its 100% duplicate. Trust my words that's all I can say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My OnePlus 6 had issues with the lens in October 2020. There was some dust that had gathered inside that couldn't be cleaned from outside. Servicing was done and I made the necessary payment. However, again the issue happened after the warranty got over in December 2021. It was chargeable. When repair was done and I was about to pay, they didn't take any amount. It was really kind of them. It shows professional integrity of the highest order which is so rare. Highly recommended.
