★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung service center is located on the first floor, no wheelchair access to it, parking on the road, ideally situated on the main road, inside the hall it is stuffy since AC is switched off in view of covid19, all guidelines followed for Covid19, hand sanitised in the ground floor before entering the center, tokens are given and one by one is called, 7 to 8 counters are manned by service staff, no display of tokens, they call you by name and token number, seating is alternate chairs, no cross ventilation, more staff required to service customers early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Now the Samsung phone is a secondary phone instead of primary. Thank you to the service centre. Couldn't rectifier after 4th service also. They give you the phone open after service and they can't see they are blind.
They themselves will write are satisfied no customer feedback is required. Useless employees, not problem solving attitude.

First whn I approached for charging port problem they checked it and said we will replace it
And they said that they will change and give the phone next day
Then they call and inform that motherboard of the phone is the problem and it will be an additional charge of 8500rs
These samsung mobile and service centre are looting people in presence of me they say something and after that they say something else
What type of engineering guys do they recruit who don't know the exact cause or how to repair they only know only to change spare to spare parts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for repair of my phone, was told required part not available and told to contact other service centres. When other service centres were contacted, they also told part is out of stock especially after they came to know that phone is under warranty. There is no coordination between service centres in Bangalore to arrange for required product amongst them resulting in inconvenience for the customer to find out the service centre on his ownself to get the phone repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is small but there is a plenty of place for customers to sit. There is a TV where the designated token number is shown. They ask what is the problem of the device and fix it. Very fast service and I liked how organized the place was. It's near a metro station which is convenient for everyone. If any of your samsung device is not working take those to this place.

2. They will make you visit multiple times just for money purposes
3. Customer care service is pathetic
4. One phone one issue can take upto 1 week of time
5. Some staff at the service center will openly threaten you if you ask why service is bad. They have the odesisity to use abusive language to just escape.
6. The service centers looks like a garbage with leafs dust on the floor
7. They will switch off the TV which shows quee status of customers when they have huge crowd walkin.
Mr.Naveen( Floor Manager) Ms. Kavita ( customer care Manager) will openly refuse your request without giving proper resolution. They will use threats and foul language if you probe them about the issue
