Very Bad Experience when you have warranty period they will not entertain and for same service when you will pay they will do, if it's Like that, u will say everyone to not to use service center and samsung product, I will put this message to high authority of samsung as well so they should also know what his staff is doing with customer.

I had a great experience at samsung care point. My issues were critical since my display was not working. Mr Karan Biyala had fixed our issue within 2hrs he is an excellent Engineer. The most satisfying experience is I was being updated about each and everything running on process to fix the issue by Mr Karan. Thanks a lot Karan and really appreciate your efforts. Please keep up the good work.

This time there is no crowd at all and that could be the reason that the compliant is attended quickly and fixed the phone screen in an hour. Of course, I've taken the appointment.

I gave my device to change the display, but I didn't authorise them to unlock my phone . But they have unlocked my phone and all my photos and documents have been erased without my knowledge. Please don't give your phone for servicing to this particular samsung centre .

Very good service and they will give on time,Withon 2hrs i got my phone back with repair,Manager and engineer are very truthfull and polite in work. #Excellent services?Keep rocking .

I had visited for replacement of the phone screen. 1. The customer rep at counter 2, one Mr. Patil, collected the phone, and did not provide me a a paper acknowledgement or a number. He said that it had been whatsapped to me, but i pointed out that the phone was in his custody. He still did not give me any paper receipt and said he would call out my name once it was done. He asked for password and i refused to give. 2. When the phone service was completed, the gentleman above had disappeared, probably gone home. 3. To hand over the phone, The ladies at counter 8 & 9 now ask for an ack number, and my only response could be to narrate the above and ask them to call their colleague. 4. Instead, what next happened was a series of questions on name, phone model and address. But i had never even filled any of their forms with an addres. Imagine my surprise when they say the address i have given is jayanagar 3rd block. I have never lived there in my life! They gave the phone back when i threatened to write a review. So there is a lot of monkeying going on there with the customer reps filling in fictitious data on behalf of the customer and not following proper procedures. 5. They keep asking for the password of the phone. At least 4 different reps repeatedly tried to convince me to give the password because it is company policy ! In this day and age when your phone is your identity and your wallet, this is almost unethical! Their argument is that it is company policy, and is used to check device health and is optional but they dont project it this way initially. When you fight with them they start shouting saying its optional. They should clearly ask the customer to fill up the forms and should give this phone check as an option and not as the default policy!

The center which make us regret purchasing a samsung mobile. I didn't like the way they treat the customers, and how they are handling the product. Either you are having their flagship phone which cost almost 100k INR or their basic phone they treat it quite badly, and I'm not sure if they will take the liability on the damages caused by their mishandling. More than the issues of my phone, these kind of services make me regret purchasing a Samsung.

Super Fast Service. . Store Manager Mr Sunil Was Very Very Humble he intervened and Got My Screen Changed within 30mins. . Initially their staff told me 2-3 hrs. . He offered me Tea coffee while i was waiting. . Very Friendly Approach. . Very Professional Service by Samsung/ Mr Sunil
