Iservice replaced my screen with almost same quality I had before and at a reasonable price .It has been perfect since then. Also they give warranty for a year which most of the Apple authorised stores do not provide . Best customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and fast service, good customer interaction. replaced my iphone screen very happy with them. with in couple of hrs serviced and got communication also. Was Offered facility to courier to my house on the same day with extra Rs.150.... The technician handed over to me at a common point to his way back home, saving courier charges and my time to travel to collect :-) thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to replace my iPhone X battery. For the last one week, tried reaching iPlanet, Imagine store & apple support to find out the cost but no response to the numbers I reached out to. Happened to see iService on google search on which I submitted my request for the quote. Got response within an hour. Reached to the vicinity in the morning and got my device back in the evening with battery replaced. I have not experienced this kind of turn around time for the last 10 years of owning various apple devices.
Other aspects such as process, procedure , part replacement, billing et all looks very genuine. I see ‘battery performance’ on my phone is back to 100%.
With all that said, I vouch for iService. Go for it without any second thoughts.

With prior notice and appointment taken, the screen was replaced with an equally good quality one at a price that I wouldn’t be hesitant to pay considering the super high charges charged at the Apple i store service centres. The phone looks absolutely new. A charging cable that they suggest works wonders and charges in no time! For all your iPhone or Mac book needs, do visit this store for genuine advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend iService for any service/repair for Apple products. I got the keyboard of my Macbook replaced by them. They do quality work, and at very reasonable rates compared to other stores. Since I live quite far away from their service centre, they arranged for my laptop to be picked up as well as delivered. Payment was done by UPI using a QR code they sent via Whatsapp. Also fully appreciate Lakshmi's service, she was very helpful and even stayed late to ensure that my laptop was picked up for delivery by Dunzo. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got their name through a social media query for good and reliable Mac products repair.
That person also recommended in particular to go to "iService Jayanagar."
I googled for their number, location and then spoke to a Mr. Shravan who said that they do offer pick and delivery option but personally suggested that it would be advisable for me to take the product in person. I decided to make the 15km trip to his store.
TO SUM IT UP : I'm convinced 'you reap what they sow'. If anyone puts in effort to be honest & work hard, they will succeed. This will be the case with Mr Shravan and his service center.
It's a welcome change to view service personnel try not to cheat or overcharge. He was clear & precise in his communication about charges with no overtures of trying to coax you into buying something that wasn't needed.
I wish him and his team the best of luck and know that they will do great in the future.
