★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learned my lesson the hard way. This is NOT the place for furniture. Below are the reasons why.
1) Royaloak and Berlynoak are NOT same. When we buy something from Royaloak, and there is any issue, you can contact royaloak customer care and they have records of your purchase. When you buy from this place, royaloak database has no record of this purchase. For any defect, you have to suffer and Royaloak won't help you.
2) This is a small place with limited collection. May be mostly defective things. (Not sure on this point. I got one bed, which was defective.)
3) For issue with furniture, Royaloak deals in a professional way. Either they will fix it in a genuine way or replace it without any questions asked. These guys cant do that. So you have to live with your defective product and on reaching out to the shop, either you will get misbehaved, talked rudely (this point is already mentioned by other customers in google review). At the end they will propose strange hacks which are not acceptable.
4) Sales people are really nice.
5) Manager (person sitting in the counter) does not know how to talk to customers.
Coming to my issue.
I got a bed. The technicians somehow fit it with force. The pieces dont fit properly. Large gaps seen at the edge and bed makes a log of noise. For this, they insisted on drilling more screws into the plywood, which was not part of the original bed design. And the owner proudly mentioned that "any damage caused due the screws is at the customer's risk."
This was heights. They sold me a defective price. Suggesting weird hacks and also telling that any possible damage is at customer's risk.
Consumer case wont help in this case. My case they rejected saying the above mentioned issues does not come under warranty.
So, here is the summary.
These are genuine furniture sellers. I'm a weird customer.
They sold me a bed worth 28k which I see gaps (show in attached image), which they say are minor and normal. Me being a weird customer thinks that the gap is huge and not acceptable.
The bed makes a lot of noise with a little movement and they say its perfectly normal as its a solid wood bed. So, what they say is, solid wood beds are supposed to make noise which is normal.
On a new bed, as am complaining, they are ready to drill screws mindlessly on the plywood to somehow fix it hard without any guarantee that the noise will stop or drilling holes on plywood will damage the wood. The risk I have to bear.
The long post is to express my frustration after a lot of drama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Ordered Sofa and Dining in #Berlynoak, Jayanagar. Below is the Pic they showed in Showroom, but they delivered the Product with Dull/Dusty color.
When i called to Showroom, they are telling its Pixel Image that why its displaying like this. Then why you are showing Pics with added Filters, you should have shown Original Pics right.
Customers are thinking, oh very color, its Glowing and give some attraction on it. its like giving False Commitment to customer.
When coming to Quality, not even one week Stitching are coming out between Seats.
Thought of its Good Quality, but didnt expect this from #Royaloak, totally Disappointment and Waste of Money.
When i called to Showroom and telling my concerns/problems (hot happy with this Dull/Dusty color), they are telling buy some Nice Sofa Cover set for this. Seriously total Fedup with this Product. My hard earned money 43000rs has gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a cot 5 months back and had to get different parts replaced or repaired 3 times. The supporting leg got bent initially which was repaired by store ppl. After a month the leg broke totally which was again replaced by store people. Now the supporting plank has bent and developed cracks. Posted all the pictures. Although store people respond immediately quality of products is horrible.

Mr Naveen & Mr Kunal are the ones u need to ask for once u get here and Yes u need to trust me when i say these guys go an Extra mile to understand what u need.
I picked up 2 garden table chair sets, one office table and 4 office chairs - from Selection to Payment to Delivery everything was bang on.
Thank you so much guys - i have attached a picture of my Balcony and it looks perfect.
