★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with problems with my foot, core, hip and shoulder weakness causing instability of gait. After an initial consultation I was assigned Rimpy as my physiotherapist.
I have been through 12 sessions so far. Experience has been amazing! From listening patiently to working with me, understanding and explaining the problems and encouraging- I have seen many benefits and improvements and hope to continue this therapy when I can. Thank you Aktiv Ortho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried several doctors and physiotherapists but none were able to improve my neck & shoulder problem, until AktivHealth. The plan I was prescribed focused on strengthening my body and preventing the onset of the symptoms rather than just addressing them on the surface, with the result that they have drastically reduced in frequency and potency. My therapist Poonam has been great to work with, encouraging and understanding, and she's also helped my grandfather with a painful knee degeneration problem. Special mention must be made of Sachin at the desk, who is always helpful, polite and accommodating. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend AktivHealth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined ActivHealth Centre at the Lajpat Nagar centre in June 2018. I had sustained a frature of my D12 vertibra in April 2017 and was bedridden for one year. I was also suffering with osteoporosis and Kyphosis (forward bending) of my spine with painful movements. Now I am better as compared to my condition in 2018. The exercise machines are very good here. The physiotherapists are very competent and hardworking. Ms. Poonam Gupta worked with me. She is very caring, hard working and sincere. Now she is leaving for further studies to the USA. I wish her all the success in life. Dr. Mazumdar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some problems in one knee and shoulder after practising sport for years without controlling well my body. In AktivHealth they fixed the problems very soon, and I decided to follow my sessions with Isha Garg, one of theris physiotherapists, because I'm learning there to avoid future injuries. It is very different when you do exercise supervised by an excellent professional as Isha. Thanks for everything!

Dr Isha Garg here is an excellent physiotherapist . I was much better after session and get relief in my pain after first session. "Overall experience was really good" and the care I have received from the staff has been fabulous.

I came across this place few months ago and it has been really great for me, the therapists and doctors are well experienced and their clinical skills and assessment helped me recover from my shoulder injury in no time. I recommend this place to whom so ever in need. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ActivHealth is very efficient with their treatment which i can absolutely vouch for as they have treated me three times with three types of injuries - knee ,ankle and lower back. each time i have taken my treatment from them, i have recovered fully and didnt have a relapse of my problem. the staff is very cooperative and professional . A special mention to my treating doctor at Lajpat Nagar Dr Samridhi who has been simply a pro at treating me with her unmatched skills and knowledge. i have referred multiple people to her and they have been very satisfied too. after being to a number of physiotherapy centres in delhi this is by far the best i have come across and i highly recommend it.

The trainers are highly professional and caring and take utmost care of every patient and provide personal attention to each one. Special thanks to my physio Ms. Poonam Gupta who has been my physio from the start and has helped me improve my fitness by leaps and bounds. She was very informative and patient throughout and motivated me to overcome my weaknesses and helped me transform into a fitter and confident indivisual.
I highly recommend this center to everyone looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle!
All the time and money spent will be totally worth it.
