If you want to buy the furniture at good and affordable price then this is really your place. The staffs here are also very cooperative. You can find a really good variety of products here. Highly recommended.

They offer variety of modern furniture including premium collection of dinnerware and serveware. Pros - Located near tata motors facing main road so quite reachable. - Staff members are knowledgeable and customer friendly. - Variety of products are available. Cons - Expensive - They dont offer customisation based on dimensions. Overall I think one should first visit the script website and select out whatever they find needful and then should visit the store for better clearity.

Would like to share the experience about the Sofa which was purchased 3 months ago from your Script store Kirti Nagar. We were always speculative buying our Sofa from market as you are not sure about the product quality and authenticity of brand. However, we came across Script exactly 2 years back where we got really impressed by the product design and confidence of your sales staff in reassuring us at many times about the high-quality standards followed in making of Script furniture. Since it was way above our budget, we kept delay our buying. Eventually after lot of deliberation and we decided to go above our budget to buy the Sofa which was long waited for us. We bought 3-seater and 2-seater Sofa from your Kirti Nagar, New Delhi store and overall the buying experience was really good in the store as the sales team helped us in selecting the right sofa basis our living room space. During the delivery we realized that 3-seater Sofa was already assembled wherein the technician had to assemble the 2-seater, we reconfirmed from the team for not sending the showroom or used sofa to us to which they assured us and mentioned its a fresh piece. After couple of months, we experienced that 3-seater Sofa is sagging and even cushions which came with Sofa has completely lost the firmness. After multiple escalation the technician visited our place and accepted the inferior quality of the Sofa. The technician took the note of the problem and again after multiple follow-ups team offered us to replace the Sofa. However, we are still waiting for things to be get sorted from your team. As every time we reach out to them, none of them are on the system and they would say “I ‘ll come back to you” which never happens.. Must highlight that showroom team are more impressive than your Customer Care and back-end team. This has raised multiple doubts in our mind with all the quality assurances and promises done by you all during our multiple visits to your stores. We already have gone over our budget thinking of Godrej Script brand name for great quality and standards and the new sofa would service us at least 10-12 years, without any issues of any poor experience in terms of quality. We were specifically told that Godrej Script conducts many checks in regards to Quality Standards of the Sofa’s and with that it should easily service you 10-12 years without any issues.. We are definitely doubting the decision of going with Godrej Script brand now.. Would you be happy to see any new Item purchased specially for your home and part of everyday living space which is recently bought giving multiple issues and gives you the feeling that you were given poor quality standard product inspite you paid premium price. After all this incident, i am sure i would face similar quality issues with my other 2-seater sofa. I would sincerely urge to take back the Sofa's and help us return our money as don't want to regret our decision to go with Script everyday.. Also, would request not to diminish the brand by substandard product..
