★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud people selling lies, They don't even bother to pick up the call and if after about 20-30 attempts in case they do, they will tell you that we are calling back within 2 minutes and then its the same story all over again. Have been after them since last 6 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8th March 2022 no reply even yet...Horrible and non responsive owners to workers.. got damaged bed side table and sofa and they probably used surplus leather material from market as the skin of sofa is damaged from many places..... don't buy and get stuck with such disgusting stores. Better go to some other reputable shop. Horrible experience and over priced materials. Sofa cum bed quality was the worst and did not last 3 months also and they don't even come to repair it. Yuck yuck and yuck ?.... after still no one bothers to come and repair the stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company run by some untruthful people. They charge a very high price for the product but the quality delivered is very poor and forget the after sales service they promise. I am behind them for my pending order and repairs since more than a year now They would not even pick my calls and have even blocked my number. Trust me guys you do not want to deal with such people ever in life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a harrowing experience here. Visited their MG road showroom and narrowed down on a product which their store manager gave us customization options on. Once customised, she offered us a non negotiable price and gave us a formal estimate for. We confirmed the estimate and gave her the go ahead. We offered to pay her a token right away but she said to instead pay the 50 percent advance the following morning. To our absolute shock and dismay, when we reached there the following morning, we were told that the price of what we had ordered had gone up by 50%. When we asked to speak with the owner, we were made to wait for over an hour before we were able to speak with the owner over the phone, who told us she's busy and someone from her office will call us. After another hour and numerous follow ups we got a call from the owner's daughter, who is by far the rudest and most arrogant vendor that we have ever encountered. By the end of it all, we were told that we either pay the escalated price or the order would be cancelled. Also, all this after their store manager insisted we cancel our existing order with another vendor for a similar product forfeiting the token we had paid there, assuring us that we won't regret choosing woodage. Please avoid this place at all costs. The owners are downright rude, arrogant and have absolutely no sense of handling customers. The owner even went to the extent of telling us that their store manager is only there to sell their stuff and is not supposed to know about how the product functions!!!

Nothing like what I’ve seen in the market, beautiful designs and exceptional quality. Took around 3 weeks to customise and it was well worth the wait. A pleasant experience all in all.
