EMERGENCY SERVICES:
DPLEI is a Registered Nursing home with Day care facilities but these services are available round the clock incase of emergency. In serious cases like trauma/ Road Traffic Accidents with fatal eye trauma, treatment/ management gets priority over paper work like registration and medico-legal requirements. All the emergency/ medico-legal cases are given best of first aid care possible and those who need further referral / medico-legal cases are referred to All India Institute of Medical Sciences/ other large Delhi hospitals for further management.

a. Dr. Rasheena explains your issues in a patient and fantastic manner wherein you are totally aware of what is happening with you.

Another important thing is they are very economical. Neither they charge you high nor with any unnecessary surpluses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience.they don't even know that for central scar scraping is must and steroids can be used to control scarring. Please don't visit such eye institute and go with big names like eye for sight which do proper analysis. Such institute can harm your eyes.
Raseena Bansal is not a cornea specialist .
Also you treated complete ulcer and no doctor was changed. Why was no test taken of ulcer to identify the microorganism responsible and accordingly give best drug. She has no care for patients and answer very rudely. In central stromal infiltrate there was utmost importance to be given to reduce scar size which she did not paid any attention and never give any information on possibility of scar formation . Instead she give wrong details that it is a pus which will open up. If have known about scar would have got admitted to hospital for best care. Even there staff is rude and call you on 8th day to make money . It was a case of beginning of stromal infiltration but due to not best treatment given thick scar formation happened which have been of thin size if been to better doctor and hospital
