About Moolchand Medcity
Vibhu Talwar is a co-promoter of the Moolchand Group and a trustee of The Moolchand Trust. He has served as the Managing Director of Moolchand Healthcare since 2002 and has played a pivotal role in its transformation.
Vibhu is viewed to be a leader in the healthcare services space in India. He has developed deep expertise in healthcare quality, systems and process development, operations excellence and organization design and development.
Prior to assuming his current role in 2002, Vibhu was associated with Salomon Smith Barney (real estate M&A) and JP Morgan (industrials/consumer goods M&A) in New York, London and Singapore for 4+ years. He focused on corporate finance, cross border M&A, leveraged buyouts and mezzanine finance.
Vibhu graduated with honours in Mathematics and Economics from Oberlin College. At Oberlin he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the Hanson Prize for distinctive work in the field of economics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got admitted to the Moolchand Hospital for one day. Nursing staff supported well during the saty. Stay was on 3rd floor, It was all good except of little cooling problem on part of the Air Conditioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 83 old mother received outstanding service from the consultant Cardiac doctor, through the entire pacemaker surgery and post surgery recovery . Our family is most appreciative of all the staff at the cardiac unit. we have recommended Moolchand- Medcity to many friends. Most were not even aware of the Moolchand Medanta collaboration and all the enhancements that have taken place over the 1+ year. Dr Shastri's services deserve special mention. The ICU staff were also very attentive and professional .Keep up the great work!
While all the clinical care was exceptional, there is still opportunity to improve in other areas - like food and cleaner bathrooms etc for patient family members.

Dns madam Mrs.Zachariah is very polite and was helpful during the hospital stay. Nice and peaceful enviornment for both patient and for relatives.
Will recommend to everyone to visit this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of the ward is very good and supportive in every way. They are so professional in terms of spontaneity, helping hand and understanding the needs of the patients and the person stay there too. Specially sisters in the morning and night are so caring, soft spoken and loving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start my saying the Doctors are excellent but the Lab and guest affairs team is useless.
Once again I faced issues in downloading lab report from your website. You can refer to my previous complaint on 17th Jan 2022, where I faced the same issue for the reports of my father. After I lodged a complaint the reports were emailed to me.
When I called the lab this time they refused to help. Nothing has changed from Jan till now. Your lab team is the most unhelpful. You should try calling the 42000000 number and no one answers the call.
Once again I have no regret in saying that your lab and guest care is the most useless team anyone can actually deal with. Instead of troubling patients start supporting them. You are not doing a favour. You are not doing any charity. I was told once again in 2 months time to come to the hospital to collect the reports. Is this the service you all give to your patients and then call yourself the best. Give the service you have charged for. At least Answer calls
