And also very friendly nature...
I feel Very comfortable here....n most important thing is the nature of the owner is very calm and friendly....

I would suggest you please don't join this PG,until there is emergency. I have very bad experience. I was offered a bed Worth Rs 3200 and asked me to pay Rs 1500 as deposits with condition is amount will be refunded after 90 day's and not less then. I got sick after 3 days of shifting. my condition was like not able to walk even I was helped by bahadur( guards) and reserved a return ticket of my home town. After next day I went to amanat (one of taking cares) asked please return 1500 as deposits just because I am in emergency. (I was paid once total Rs 4700) but he said we can't, for more talk to manager his name is Rehan I told everything and he said nobody goes to his home by his own wishes within 5days( koi apne ghar khushi se nahi jata beemar ho isliye ja rage ho) he said can't return single money. I was like helpless because I needed Money. He took me Rs 4700 for 5 days. While leaving amanat Say's talk to manager rehan and get return Rs200 I said paid this amount to bahadur .and left the PG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osm service Special cleaning service but not good speed Wi-Fi but 100 % security provided no smoking allowed bcz Islamic atmosphere mosque is near from here. Good food available at cheap n best price but water facility on all floors not available. OWNER IS A VERY GOOD PERSON ESPECIALLY IN NATURE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Hostel and Library are fabulous. Students living in PG feel at home. It has well managed and furnished rooms. The most important things which attract the people most are the well-mannered and kind-hearted owner and his relation with students who live in PG.
If I talk about the library, I could say without any exaggeration that I haven't seen anywhere such a good environment in the library, as it has.
