★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Warden also the owner of this pg is the most evil woman I have ever met.she will be very nice to you when you come to see the rooms but as soon as you give the rent and the security money she will show you her real face. The flush,wifi doesn't work .the hostel is too dirty and congested. There is just one fridge shared by almost 30 girls.there is no kitchen in the hostel. And if you face any problem in the hostel the Warden will never take any responsibility and will never solve it. She never refunds the security money as she puts a lot of conditions for returning the security money . Go there at your own risk?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vardon is very dumb. She treated girl in very in unpleasant voice. Nd sometime claim for on stolen their mobile . I requesting to all girls plz do not plan to stay in this type of PG, and stay at your own risk.
This is my observation that PG's Vardon is very cruel lady and she presuueisethe girls to leaving her PG at any time even in night also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The structure of this hostel, i.e. the building closely resemble any University hostel but congested and may be suffocating for some, with separate rooms for privacy, 4 bathrooms in each floor ( it's a 4 floors building). Pricing is also affordable ( 3,200 for double and triple beds in 1st and 2nd floor, and 3,600 for triple and quadruple beds in 3rd and 4th floors). The area around the hostel is also great for students. It has a printing shop, general stores, hotels, stationary store, a metro station (Abul Fazal metro station), bus stop, etc. It is also a 20 mins walk from this hostel to the JMI University. The hostel has provided refrigerators at each floor, a water cooler with filtration at the ground floor only, desert coolers only in 3rd and 4th ( but u have to pay for it around ₹200 per month), WiFi connectivity in every floor, bathroom with geyser (only in one bathroom each floor), a kitchen in every floor (u can only use the sinks there as it has very small counter. So can't cook there) so u have to cook in the corridor with Ur own gas stoves (only for 1st and 2nd floor), 3rd and 4th floor has big kitchens with long counter tops and one huge sink so that girls can keep their stoves there to cook. Mostly students live at the 1st and 2nd floor whereas working women with some students live in the 3rd and 4th floors.
