★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking, well mannered and efficient security, and the flats are very spacious and well thought out. If I had to nitpick, the water is a bit on the heavier side and the masonry on the tiles of the floor are subpar at best and abysmal at worst. But since I'm just a visitor, that's not my concern and visually as well as on the basis of connectivity, its very good.
