★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't know how to talk to customers.. wasn't able to diagnose the problem in the machine and asked to take all parts to his workshop with separate repair cost in case if problem is found..plus visit charge and fitting charge..my question is if you are unable to find the fault than what is the use of coming and asking for visiting charges.. you should first be able to find the fault than it up to customer if he wants to get it done or not.. and also asked for 700/- just to take the parts in case if i didn't want to get it done.. so technically he is asking for 700 + 250 =950 just to tell you the problem ??..
And taking about the attitude of this guy... Please if you can handle him than only call him
One of the worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only six year old LG Washing machine (7kg, direct drive), the body of the machine was rusted at bottom edges and the material was totally gone. I first approached LG Service Centre but they told that now body is not procurable and refused to service it. Then I searched local general servicing personnel and contacted Mr Alam for servicing. He also tried get its body (used or new) but unsuccessful. Then I requested to repair its body and he honestly took the challenge and repaired its body very nicely by replacing and welding the rusted sheet and painted it with primer and made the machine serviceable with minimum time. He saved my machine of value RS 40000/- I appreciate and recommend his services.
