It is true they dont even bother to respond. Called 50times
They say they checked(i doubt) my product and returned after 2 moths saying that bad coli. I tried at periphery they just oiled and works fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. No response for more than a week and even then they haven't got the time to check the product. I mean 7 days and they couldn't even give the estimate of the cost and they still have no clue what is the problem. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever , i gave them induction cooktop for repair. They didn't even found out problem in 14 days. Every time I ask them is it repaired they said came tomorrow.
Other service center is way better , they repaired my induction within 24 hours
