★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, Mr @Mahesh maheshwary , for your kind information if you want to buy a dog in a low budget, you do not get an dog certificate because it's expensive from your budget. But If you are able to pay higher bills, than you can absolutely get a certificate. But talking about google, it doesn't mentions for a certificate, it shows that you have to prove that your dog is vaccinated, not for your own purpose. Thank you.?

So beware from this seller, I must suggest buy puppy with certificate. according to google every puppy seller required to give certificate of dog.
But this seller is not giving any thing except puppy.
