★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer centric attitude. Today I went to buy nose ring along with my wife. since it was Dhanteras so there are little bit chaos inside the Showroom. When sales man ask me what I am looking for I ask them about nose pin. Their team bluntly denied of showing them saying "Aaj nhi ho payega, aj chote items nhi milenge".
This was really an insulting behaviour by this shop. Although we prefer Gold Sukh for buying gold.
Such attitude by any business man will make customers loose at big time. Being a businessman we should always treate all customers equally not by worth.
You lost one customer today.
