β β β β β Too congested Rooms, can be called a spacious flat, NO VASTU, some villas have pond called as private pool, bad planning. too congested only one garden
Next property is Open and looks perfect for High rise, if high rise apartment comes then Privacy would be compromised and property would loose value ( Ezzy Cornith).
Pros : Near to main road, good amenities but all in small size, does not justify to the number of residents.

β β β β β We initially seemed to liked their design. However, in a couple of visits these are some of the drawbacks that concerned us:
(a) The bathroom ceiling is a false one, and leakage, cob-webs, etc. after years of use will spoil it (even before you know). I have seen water dripping down from the pipes into the bathroom in other constructions. (b) No ample visitor parking. If you invite friends for party etc. they are supposed to part cars on the outside road. (c) The servant bathroom is useless, and many people who bought early got rid of it. However, now the builder will refuse to do it. (d) The villas in the periphery have issues - On the west side it's a private land (survey #121, with 8 Hissas). There is cement/mason work going on. The builder says they will pack-up within a year, but seems far from true. They may erect a factory for a brick-plant. (e) Alanoville is on two of the three Hissas of Survey 122 (122/2 and 122/3). Hissa 122/1 is a Govt. land and somehow there is an unfinished Church belonging to "Devina Eventide" whose construction is stopped and that shares the boundary with Alanoville on the East side. I would be wary of buying anything that shares boundary with a Govt. hissa with an unfinished religious building on it. The Hissas 122/2 and 122/3 pertaining to Alanoville are marked "alienated" - so not sure if there are encumbrances related to the transfer of ownership of land / UDS. A lawyer consultation is must. (f) Many of the inner / Boulevard villas are investor properties, where in the property is not registered. So, if you happen to buy one on 'resale', you'd likely be the first registrant party. Please consult a lawyer, as there could be clauses associated with 'resale' where in some amount of the transaction may need to go to the builder.
