MIMS NorthBrook Villas in Hennur - Bengaluru

It a nice location but the space between the villas seems to be very less , which to me should have been more.

I’m extremely pleased with the quality and experience so far, yet to move into the Villa which is scheduled for possession in Dec 2020. However, Thanks to Mr. Kausar for his support and making the customer delighted.

MIMS Northbrook's villas in Hennur Road Bangalore project is in a great location and is a well-planned layout.

Been to this place and saw it in detail. Here is what I feel Extra large 4 bedrooms Independent Villas for that private space you need Extra added space that’s apt for a Home Theatre or a Home Office Passionately designated Backyard for those silent evenings and gardening hobbies Strategically spaced Seating Areas for the different occasions and reasons Aesthetically finished Bathrooms that give you your personal space Ardently designed Amenities that will make your evenings and weekends

Situated bear hebbal, the building looks nice but you can see the cracks on the surface clearly visible and that is not acceptable at the price tag they have. Locality wise it is good as it is close to nature, however from quality part it seems weak. Reply to the comment: what do you think I am. VFO = VFM + POM (Value for Ownership = Value for Money + Peace of Mind) A friend of mine and I were in the lookout to upgrade our residence, a smaller apartment to a bigger/spacious one. Once we realised there was a very small difference between an upgraded apartment and a villa, we switched our search. In and around Hennur Road gave us a better option - serene (greenery) and proximity to growing suburb. After we researched several projects in the vicinity, and not very convinced about the VFM, we almost gave up. On our way back, we happened to see MIMS Northbrook, a small project of 27 villas in about 2 acres of land. Casually, stopped over to enquire. A simple, no-frills marketing manager just answered all our questions/concerns, without selling his product. Something drew us towards the project. Went back home, studied several projects completed by MIMS in Whitefield area. The commitment of the builder, and long term relationship with their customers were positive points, to start with. Few days passed by, allowing me to review the projects I had visited, to compare and contrast.. MIMS Northbrook stood out in terms of "value for ownership". Specifications of the buildings (~11 ft high ceiling, very good ventilation, large rooms) and total exclusive land ownership, made the difference in favour of Northbrook. High ceilings make a great deal of difference in ventilation and natural lighting (a lighting window from the terrace provided). Party Hall and Club house were just apt for the small community. Open space within the premises is less, compared to other projects, but sufficient (subjectively). Plan of each villa caters to majority of the individuals' requirements. Kitchen garden, balcony gardens, open terrace help those who would want to spend time in gardening. There are ample opportunities and freedom to be creative in your own home. In spite of all the studies/data, real estate is still a gamble to certain extent. Took an educated risk, and blocked the villa. Pandemic hit us in Mar'20, and I thought there was a shock in store. Would the builder's promise of occupancy by Oct'20 be honoured? To my surprise, there was not delay, except for the Club house that got completed in Nov'20. Very impressed with the professional, no nonsense approach of the two important people - Mr. Ayub and Mr. Kausar !! Wish you both continued success in the New Year 2021.. MIMS Northbrook's Luxury villas in Hennur Road Bangalore project is a great value-for-money investment option. The entire complex is a wholesome community and is close to many reputed schools, colleges, hospitals, tech parks etc.

An independent private property with a garden and 2 covered car parking, that was my criteria when I started looking for my second home. And MIMS NORTHBROOK was a love at first sight. I saw the property when the model Villa construction was going on. I just fell in love with the floor plan, the size of the bedrooms, the open terrace and the private garden. And as the property got evolved over time, it's beauty and elegance is making it one of the best property. The club house with the modern facilities with high tech gym and the sauna. The builders has paid minute details in this property and it can be seen in how it stands today. The management and the team are a bunch of wonderful people who are understanding and has heart of gold and always open to listening to suggestions and sharing ideas. Mr. Ayub, Kauser, Shauib when you talk to them, they don't talk to you to as businessmen, they speak to you as family members listening and sharing. It is worth every penny invested. I am a proud owner of one of the Villa and this is one property anyone looking for home can invest.
