★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited them in Nov 2021. Absolutely no progress on site. I saw 3-4 house foundation done , but no work being done (meaning buyer's money is stuck). Clubhouse and other amenities work has not even started. There is no clarity on delivery date. They were also not ready to guarantee delivery date. I will advise potential buyers to stay away.
