I suggest this is not the best place to invest your hard earned money as they will make you cry with their pathetic customer service. They will show you something and they will sell you something. They will trap you with their sweet words, fake commitments and lots of lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's company to give pains to others and not listening their investore .
We have bad experience with ALD ROYAL Square at nimrana and booked two unit but from the date of booking till now project is not working.
Mr Deepak assure as to return our money and gave cheques to present with date mention but till now 2 cheques time gone and both was bounced after his confirmation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to be fraud as I'm chasing for my refund since last 2 yrs and no one is revering back. Had booked at Royal Garden Neemrana and the project got stuck. As per their wish wasn't willing to opt for another site hence cancelled my booking and requested for refund. Now it's herculean job to simply get in touch with them, forget about the refund. I'm going to take legal route if not sotred out amicably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most FRAUD company in my experience. More than 5 years It's failed to refund my money. After so may calls, emails and messages but just one google review, He ready to return my amount. They given me cheque which I can use after one year(Dec 2019). The time of deposit cheque, I asked through what's app messages with company owners Mr. Deepak Sharma and I'm following the same chat continue till today including many phone calls as well. It's almost 10 months end this October 2020 and I'm still waiting for my refund. I wish, I can give you no single star. Again you don't deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have only one option now against ALD company, go to the court and wait for decisions, Owner Deepak and His Staff Jannat will not give any payment without legal action.we should have faith to only court till decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 466000 in a span of two years (between 2015 & 2017) for Royal garden project and i was promised 30% pay back. Forget about payback i don't even receive any call or when i call no one responds ever(when i was paying them they were very active, were calling me in case my payment delayed or so, even sent notice at times). Not sure who to contact, where to contact and how to get my plot or money back. I'm highly disappointed as it was hard earned money invested for a purpose.
Would request Jannat and Deepak kindly look into i know you may have a lot of pressure for refunds however you should deliver what you promised.

The company has never denied its liability against your booking...however there are certain difficulties with the company which are explained to you.
There are no issue with regards to your matter concerned to you , AS THE ALD ALWAYS UNDERSTAND THE INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR HARD MONEY". The company in fact working on various alternative to settle down the matter with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a fraud. Even, they don't exist on the address where they have mentioned. They have taken money from hundreds of people and bounced the refund cheques. Multiple court cases in Delhi courts and the owner Deepak Sharma is a fraud.
