I returned a pair of footwear for a replacement, its been more than a month they havent taken any action on it despite of my repetetive calls and reminders, the staff looks very irresponsible, had it been any other aldo store I dont think this kind of service have been offered.

Staff can be taught hospitality,
And i must say the the items that they have for showcase at a 50% discount are very dirty and not in good condition, looks like used product, they were looking like it is being given for free to poor people.
Not expect from such a reputed brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ill mannered store manager of aldo wtp store. I have been a regular there and 1st time that manager was there who spoke something in low voice when i was passing by. And she started dont put blame on me and all that n was very rude abusive horrific behavior. Manager should be changed asap.

Got a bag... my first bag from Aldo....with matte black finish on buckle... the colour from buckle got removed on first use...nd on complaining ... the store manager informed me that company does not take warranty of colour...Experience was like having bag from some Sunday market....nd not a global brand....
