★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic and Uncourteous Staff. They mislead customers by telling them on telephone, that they have stock of items when asked specifically about the fit, color and size. However their Manager tries to cover up the staff's mistake by telling them they were just sold out. When asked about the invoice of recently sold item, they are clueless about what to say. PATHETIC SERIVCE, PATHETIC STAFF AND BETTER OFF BUYING ONLINE.

Few days back I visited lacoste wtp store and i was wondered by having a look at staff.
What a excellent greeting and approach.
Surprised by seeing such a excellent service.
Also purchased few polo tees ? for me n my elder bro..

Being humble to their customers is the keystone to any retailer's success. May be you need HR programmes for educating your staff Lacoste.
