The cook/owner who goes by the name of Ali started this business after a natural calamity in his village left him with no other means to make a living.
He sells Chicken Biryani for Rs 70 a plate and if you want Raita, it will be another Rs 10. The grains are well cooked but not soggy. The aroma of the masala will cling on to your fingers long after you have washed your hands and the pieces of chicken are juicy and tender.
To understand why I have praised the Biryani cooked by Ali, all you need to do is try the Biryani sold by other shops in the same row. Many other shops still sell Biryani but gradually they are getting out of it.
