★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location. Everything available nearby no fuss. Though this particular complex is not modern by any means. My father bought a 2bhk here in even before me and my sis was born. So he bought a another 3bhk flat due to space constraints at Animikha :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good locality to live in Newtown area of Kolkata. You will get everything in nearby market area. All shops for groceries, vegetables , restaurants are at walking distance. One can enjoy movies and hangout in nearby malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place to meet Mr. Shiv Shankar Banerjee, an advocate of repute. The housing society is good and located at main road. It's near coal bhavan and library in new town. New Town bust stand is near to this place.

A very quiet society.
Secure and safe place.
All facilities are available here.
Food stall, Park, Stationary, Groceries, Bus stand are available at a hand's length.
The only problem here is the size of the rooms. They are very small.
Balcony is too cramped for drying your clothes.
Rent is high.
Approximately 15-16 k for a congested 2BHK.

Though lack of lifts, or absence of a residents club which is becoming more and more common and sought after amenity in recent projects keeps this housing within the middle ranks
