★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after taking a prior appointment, reaching on time, you are made to wait for 45 minutes. What kind of professionalism is this? Not once, every visit this is the case. Lost a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. No professionalism whatsoever. Laid-back attitude and improper management of appointments. Waited for almost an hour even after booking an appointment and getting no response from the owner or the staff. Quality of service is rendered moot when customer service is so pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst saloon experience ever. Horrible and rude owner and staff. No manners. No professionalism. Inspite of taking appointment and reaching on time , they made me wait for more than an hour and later they said there are still more appointments before me. No management and no coordination at the saloon.

Really not satisfied with this salon.
I have done smoothing their they didn't tell me which product they are using it cost me rs 3500, 2nd mistake is that they said come for hair wash after 3 days. I went and that hair wash price should be included inthat but they cost me extra 200... Atleast u should inform it will be costing you.... Other salon won't cost that amount....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently done smoothing but after 1week hairs are back to normal and even shine is gone .first time I had done it in the year 2020 also that time they have done very good job .
now my hairs are looking freeze again . smoothing effect totaly gone after one week .first time only they give good service not after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did hair color from Ali salon after many recommendations. But they proved it wrong. Female who was doing my hair color was literally pulling my hair applying color to the hair . Outcome is also not good. Uneven hair color and not thinly weaved .where in I specified to do that prior . She was doing as if she was forced to do it and not interested. Super Quickly done service , with no good results .
Highly disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing ambience and the service is just best. U can never be unhappy and go from here. The hair cutting is awesome. Hairdressers r well trained and they cut ur hair according to ur face which suits u. I always recommend hair cutting here as its worth it
