★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon was referred by my sister-in-law and with her hair experience I was tempted,I chose the best hair stylist Akshay and he was good but I doubt the product used for keratin treatment was non genuine,it was not shown during treatment as my hair is spoiled,no shine ,hair fall increased with shampoo they gave me .when I complained they called me and did wash with keratech which they showed me and hair looked perfect then in the saloon.I returned the shampoo they gave me for which no refund done yet.i spent 3000 for getting keratech shampoo but my hair is terribly bad using it,heavy hair fall...bad experience as they don't realize their mistake yet nor accepted..will never recommend to any one.. disappointed and cheated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pls dont visit this salon as they are known to cheat people. a lady called abida sits on their counter and fools people. they charged me 23000 for 6 session facial and gave only 5. 23k for 6 sessions of facial at this shady salon. guys pls be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hair straightened from Dev.
He was getting late and so he asked someone else to help me and while using flat iron they both pulled my hair simultaneously and the other person did it so badly that my hair were burnt and tangled permanently. After a few days i had to cut those damaged tangled hair as there was no other option!
They charged me more - rounded off all the individual amounts ( hair straightening, shampoo, conditioner, serum) to nearest hundred! E.g. Shampoo was for 1095 and they charged 1100.
Did not give me bill and I paid total of Rs 11000!
When I asked which shampoo can be used after straightening for dandruff, Mr Dev answered that I will never get dandruff! I always had dandruff and I had to use my old anti dandruff shampoo which is not meant for chemically treated hair.
Such careless and unprofessional attitude!
Although the actual straightening was good, overall experience wasn't good.
