★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1> Appointment booked via their own App is not "found" in their salon onsite app
2>Then they say "ok no problem mam - we will adjust"
3>Then the so called master hair stylist says she can not cut hair in pixie cut
4-Tries to give in acceptable options like "please come tomorrow - but only gives a very limited appt options ..
5- The staff is completely incompetent as well as rigid
btw this whole fiasco was repeated last week when I booked a home service vi their appand the hair stylist did not turn up
In short,
PLEASE AVOID USING ENRICH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good but they need to update their app as per the current prices...when I booked through app the price for hair spa was 300 rs and when I went there they said the actual price is 2100..other than that the hair cut was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so this was my first hand experience with this salon and I'll share with you the good, bad and worst and the best!
The good:
I wanted to highlight my hair, which was successful and it looked good, hair stylist Alam did a great job!
The bad:
1) I have no idea why Enrich salon has an application when the outlets don't even know what's going on in the app! I had booked the appointment via app and I had to literally explain the entire scenario to avail a discount of 250 bucks on my entire expenditure and that took a lot of effort, believe me!
2) Chances are, the stylist or attendees might lose their cool too soon if you ask too many questions, sooner than most of the "high profile" salons I have
been to so you need to learn how to deal with it because they have no regrets losing a customer whatsoever.
3) If they don't have a specific color that you want, they'd either tell you directly that it isn't available and if you still seem not so convinced, they might want you to believe that it wouldn't look that great, ultimately it's your call, they're just doing their job of using minimal product.
The worst:
They'll try to sell you products that you don't need, and that is the case with most of the salons these days, don't fall for it, choose what you need to, you're the one who is paying, don't be a fool. It's just hair and the color is going to fade even when you use a 2100 worth shampoo or a 600 bucks shampoo. If you wish to spend, go ahead, the product is obviously good!
The best:
They have great offers so avail it else it could burn your pocket because again they're just doing their job, you need to decide! The highlight was definitely great, but yes they definitely need to work on dealing with customers, seemed a little off!

Even after proper appointment taken they had booked for only 1 service after 30 mins they are like we are having other clients so can't do anyother service...is it seriously??
I never visited enrich with this kind of pathetic service...
Worst experience...don't visit this address enrich atleast..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Loved the facial by Vaishali and the pedicure by Mangesh. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room for facial was spacious unlike other places where I feel claustrophobic. Would definitely visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever salon branch at the time of membership they are polite and ready to take client after that they say there is waiting you need to pre-book. Today for hair cut they denied and told me we cannot do because of hygiene as we asked to redeem membership points.
I won't recommend this branch.
