★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am higly disappointed by the service provided at this place yesterday. I went for a haircut and I was somehow coaxed into some additional high quality hair spa that promised me " the moon". Needless to say the service was very costly. The haircut is average(no expectations from a U cut) but the result of this so called "high protein" SPA is equivalent to a homely hair wash using 10rs satche of any branded shampoo and conditioner. My hair is as frizzy as it was before. People generally visit high end salons expecting something positive but this experience has destroyed the trust that I had on the brand. Hopefully my experience will make people think twice before they fall prey to such false pretences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Lakme mulund and got the best of services. Expert did a wonderful hair colour after a lot of a deliberations with me. Expert gave me the most savvy haircut best suited for my face and hair type. I am just in love with my hair now. Got facial done expert which was one of the best. She used the best products with best practices. I was very happy withe the overall service and the Salon ambience and hospitality. The Salon vibes were too good. A permanent member for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing service. They confirmed a service for me and booked an appointment after 2 Phone calls to their 1800 number and a subsequent phone call to the salon. Later when I reached the salon at the appointed time of 930, they denied the service citing protocols. Waste of my time and the team looked unapologetic for the time they wasted. Another observation is no one was wearing masks - when I asked they said it's too early. I don't understand why they give appointments at 930 if it's too early.
Overall extremely disappointed. Was my first experience with Lakme - doubt I will go back again.
Addendum: walked over to Enrich salon next door and got the same service done. The staff (right from the helpers) were super nice.

I did highlights also and I liked that too but one thing I felt that the professional was new but I may b wrong also so don’t judge her on my review, experience yourself.
