★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service i have ever seen.When working it's ok but is problem arise no one knows when it will be rectified and problems do occure.Tollfree number horible always busy.Local operator hardly pick up phone calls.Nevertheless you have to pay in time.My suggestion try your luck elsewhere instead of wasting time with alliance broadband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst broadband connection ever. Please if you like a good steady connection l, do not go for Alliance. Its horrible. More often than not, the network comes to a hault until you have called them endlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst service providers,had to call, literally 100 time for a connection request,everytime they pick up n say something, but ultimately no response. So "0" star, if possible minus star to them for saying one thing and doing nothing at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service, The Internet Doesn't Definitely Creates Problem Atleast Twice Or Thrice A Month.The Customer Service Are The Worst Possible Representative Who Rarely Answers The Call & Looks Into The Problem.For Eg. incase Even If You Arise With A Minor Problem They Will Take Atleast A Month Or Two To Get It Resolved.If Possible They Don't Even Deserve One Star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alliance itself is good but local service providers think that they are the king. They behave roughly when asked for connection repairs. Rain is a problem too but it doesn't mean that we won't get connection during monsoon. They might assure us properly when we asked for probable time period for connection restoration, but they misbehaved with temper. Alas!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aliance broadband completely dependent on their local cable operators and they have associated with unprofessional franchises like S.N. Cable who will not pick up your phone at need and Aliance customer care only give assurance that they will talk to Uttam who do not respond normally before 5 to 7 days and Aliance team became handicapped when there would be any outage. Connectivity of Aliance is good but service is very poor. So be careful before taking decision while choosing the service provider, because once your network is down nobody would be there to help you out.
