★ ★ ★ ★ ★ User for the past 3+ years. Good internet if a casual user such as YouTube or any other menial browsing. IMPORTANT: For anyone with serious internet usage requiring both upload and download speeds, get the fiber optic connection from these guys as they blow the competition out of the park with their 0% packet-loss and upkeep of their connection. So far the best fiber optic option out there available even when compared to JIO fiber and Airtel 4g (tried both, not satisfactory). Customer service is excellent as well compared to other dodgy big corporations that give you a connection and forget about you once the payment is done. Special shoutout to Mr. Raja who is the go-to person for any problem or query you have, resolving it within the hour most of the times.
