Located just opposite to Jadavpur police station and is easily accessible. Sunday it remians close but customers are attended on weekdays till 8:00 or 8:30 in the evening.
Abhishek is one of their knowledgeable staff,rest are always good I believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a negative rating I would do. This is the worst airtel express store ever. Staff is unprofessional and would give you incorrect suggestion just to sell you random items and charge you money.
Just visit the Airtel Store opposite petrol pump beside South city mall, that store is just 5mins away and provides much better service than this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this store.Every customers there was unhappy and not satisfied with their work. Works get so delayed that they took approx. 1 and half hour to decide what they can do to replace my sim,last they came into a conclusion that they had to upgrade kyc to replace a Sim.Where the same work was done in 5 mins or less in Another Airtel Store near opposite South City. So here the staffs are misleading and I think Fraud cause they were insisting me to convert into Postpaid to Prepaid to simply Replace a sim...!!!!!! The staffs there today look like had limited experience in their work...!!
So I recommend better avoid this Store to bruke Fraud..!!!!!
