★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz dont take service from sukanta if you dont wanna suffer like me..they never repair their lines on time..every time your net goes off(which happens atleast 2-3 times a month) they will take minimum 2 days to repair it..currently i dont have service for 6 days..after constantly calling and begging for fiber optics nobody came to repair it..so im taking new connection from new service provider.plz dont do the mistake i did..the customer care people are very rude too..instead of solving your problem they shout at you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and follows no ETHICS, the rule is to recharge once in three months, so that no fines are levied. Now suddenly they are saying one has to recharge every month or else a fine of thousand rupees would be charged. BUNCH OF THEIVES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, owing to covid I was out of town for a couple of months, before leaving I went to their office and manually calculated by when I have to recharge so that I won't have to pay any fine. Now today I went to their to office, weeks before their deadline, the same guy who calculated the date now tells me I have to pay a fine of thousand bucks to recharge. In business one must keep their promises.
