★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Due to the ongoing pandemic my husband was reluctant to visit the store. There was also a problem with his prescribed power. We sent a working pair of specs with the correct power. The store took the power from that and made the lens for a new pair which is perfect. The whole transaction was remotely handled in coordination with Pralay who was very helpful and courteous. I'm extremely satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went for to purchase computer glass..as I had no power issue the staffs offered me some ready to wear zero powred glass at Rs-1200/-....but after I came home and wearing it for 15 mins I got bad headache..then I found it had a mild powrr included...but the staffs clamied it as zero power...and also there is manufacturing defect .that's why left eye's lashes are getting scratched and lost few eyelashes..the left frame is coming just before the eye..there is very small distance between eyes and lense..which I never faced for any kind of glasses even in from the road side sellers...very disappointed..I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what to say, when I went to buy the specs the behaviour of the staff was so good and cordial. But when I went to know about the replacement and other exchange policy because I was facing an issue they straightforwardly told that it can't be exchanged since you got it from store and that too after checking it, we have to get it approved and there are other issues so won't be happening, very bad
