Not trustworthy and not at all recommended.
Once payment is done they don't bother to listen u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE DELIVERED SOFA IS 1-2 INCH LESS THAN THE SHOWN PRODUCT.. WE ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT BUT MR. PANKAJ REJECTED TO DO THE SAME. WE ARE NOT GETTING THE COMFORT WE FELT AT STORE BECAUSE OF LENGTH SHORTAGE IN THE FINAL PRODUCT.
COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT.

Customer interaction and marketing is good. You will get all kind of furnitures here, they have manufacturing unit also, customisable sizes and designs are available. Overall good place for quality products... Go for it.
