★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been roaming from store to store to solve a problem related to an online purchase, the staff at Bandra had all the same challenges in helping me as the other locations and the online (so called) help, but they were the only ones who went above and beyond and solved it for me. It is thanks only to them that all hasn't lost a customer. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Staff and even Pathetic service. To begin with, neither of them have a smile on their faces. The Golden hair boy and the lady are like grumpy people who were forced to work with a gun on their heads, the third boy was atleast helpful. Even after purchasing worth Rs 4,300/- they did not bother to make it a warm experience. I had to purchase as my mom had no choice as she was travelling otherwise i would never ever Step into the linking road boutique ever ever again a d neither will recommend. You really need to hire more welcoming staff.

T-shirts, hoodies, pants, have limited options and styles. The shop needs more stock and in size 4 and 5
Also they need to standardise their sizing.

Since unable to get the size desired was assured by the sales guy that the product would be made available at the store by next day noon..But when called to check, reply was they weren't able to organise the said product..I even stressed on calling the other store to reconfirm but the sales guy said no need..ALL you would be losing customers soon..
