★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store as such doesn’t have much to experience in terms of furniture availability but store person Atul was really helpful . He helped me in finalizing the product, and arranged the extra photographs n videos from different urban ladder stores of the products to get the feel of the product. Thanks Atul for giving me nice experience.

I saw advertisement on online applications but among allI saw quality product from Urban Ladder with 3 years warranty. On online enquiry afterr filling my data, I received a call from Akshaya from the company. Shehave given me all explanations and details of the product.She is very cooperative and helping nature provide me payment link even at 11 pm. She promiise me to help me in future for any problem regarding defect, replacement or refund. Thanks to her once again and wishing her bright success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are good and at par with the market. We particularly liked one product. Ensuing discussions with the store at Bandra was met with some arrogance on part of some staff, who claimed quality and thus no cause for negotiations. While I appreciate that way of working, the manner was something that made sure I walked away thinking that while the product was nice, the service was below par and so should consider other options. Then Atul who we had met at the store connected with me and was perisiatent in his follow up and friendly and accommodating in his communication. That made me come back and buy the product. If not for Atul, Urban Ladder for sure had lost a client, not for its products but it’s services. Thank you Atul. I wish Urban Ladder ensures it’s service with client are as good as it’s products. One shining example being Atul. The 5 Stars are due in large measure to Atul and the product of course! To a better experience next time! Good luck to Urban Ladder!

The staff is helpful.
The store is quite small hence very less display furniture available. Mostly you'll have to see things on their tablets. But you can check the quality of wood or plywood in the store.
Overall a good shopping experience. Can't complain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, folks, Today I had been to the Urban Ladder Bandra West with my mother to make a purchase of sofa-cum-bed. The units kept for the exhibits are less because of lack of space though it is well maintained. We were well guided and taken care of by the sales executive Mr. Atul who patiently and carefully explained us for more than an hour. What is appreciable was not just his sales skills but his friendly and helpful behaviour. We are looking ahead to make a purchase there pretty soon. Above all Urban Ladder manufactures own furnitures with monitoring and quality checks unlike others so I feel that's reliable. I am happy with their sales and products and give a thumbs up. I recommend a visit to Urban Ladder Bandra store to others for sure. Keep up the good job! Thanks.
