It took me 6 month to get my Sony led Tv back which I have to collect myself finally and packed it and load in my vehicle.
Everytime we call them owner keep telling one or the other issue and gave us hope that he would be able to repair TV .Sometime he told about the part he ordered from outside and is taking time .
He always told that he would gave a call back or return tv but that never happened,so after having a frustrating time of 6 month we decided to opt out of this unreliable venture
It is just a review to help people who are looking for reliable support to get your Led repaired.
Usually I don’t put reviews unnecessarily but it was a need here to guide my countrymen

I would like to give negative ratings to the reliable tv service repairs as he destroyed my 42.9 Inch LED Tv , costing 30,000 with no refunds whatsoever. If you got your product insured than the shop will not provide any original bills as it doesn't have registered GSTIN number.I just needed minor repairs but unfortunately I got landed here by Google searches not knowing about the fake ratings this service had acquired. I highly recommend to first visit the service center , as per my knowledge the service center is dubious and lacks requisite skill to manage any modern equipment.
I could have made complaints to the consumer forum about the trickery but the serviceman is a poor guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake person (Mr.Sharma). Doesn't know anything about LED. He would just take your TV and give it to 3rd person /local repair shop and your TV would never work again.
Pl insist on visiting his service center you will get to know the truth.
