★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services and they don't have etiquettes to talk with their customers. I had given my laptop for repairing. After receiving my repaired laptop, my WiFi card got failed, which is not the issue before giving them my laptop. And I need to buy WiFi adapter.
Never came here for repairing, they will make your product more worse and add-on more to your bill. I am really disappointed.

Sent in a friend's laptop for windows installation and a little repair. They returned it after 10 days saying the motherboard, keyboard and wifi are not working and have to be repaired. Later took it to another shop where we found that the keyboard, mousepad and wifi plugs inside the laptop were taken out and not plugged in. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! They attend all customers at once and waste alot of time even for a small thing. Slow and old school management. They don’t care wether customers are waiting they put blames on each other and argue. I gave my laptop in working state for the battery replacement for an hour. I got a call that he is unable to start laptop and have to give for test. Next day got to know that my icu and a unit of motherboard needs to be replaced. Unethical shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high rates of graphic cards. Can get online in pretty good deal. The shop keeper thinks all customers are dumb, by saying “graphic card mei mining karoge toh gaming nhi kr paoge & etc” such a poor knowledge for a shop that good.
