But the bank is very congested.
There is always problem in passbook update machine and while doing any transaction there is always server down, transaction gets interupted due to all these...
Moreover the behaviour of the staffs towards the customer is very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this branch whenever you go to get your passbook updated either the printer is not working or the link is missing or the person managing the counter is absent . It is really frustrating to get any work done out here. When I brought this problem to the notice of the manager, the manager told me that she is helpless. What a wonder answer to give. I have a strong feeling that all the nationalized banks are running by the grace of God and this bank is no exception to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank service providing by indian bank( allahabad bank in previous) gardenreach branch. The bank staffs are there is very slow to work, not even that they are very little known to UPI system . According to them a account holder should use only bank app for transactions. But they dont even know that indian banks own app INDOASIS and indpay are very much slow and full of errors are there. Just drop a cheque of other bank in favour of your account in Indian bank, you have to foget about funds 15 days., and go there ask for deposited cheue they know nothing. Chakkar kato ab is table us table me.?
